After few days exposed to the limit, because there is allegedly suspected to my paypal third parties who wish to enter the account, then the limit for Paypal to provide access my account. This is intended to make us more secure account. Due to the given limit access then we will get access to very little. as shown below.
Got me so confused that day because when I access to my Paypal account immediately prompted to change Password and security updates questions . I follow the course until finally my view the first designated as shown below.
From this page you just click the center of the settlement, then will go to a page like the following

After 3-5 days, then you will get a Paypal Email if you have recovered Normal return. And if you log into Paypal, then the page will appear as shown below
And now you can use Paypal to transact again.
